Jill loved her career in the learning sector, specialising in management development, organisational growth and early adoption of elearning. She relies on her knowledge and experience to guide clients in their hiring strategy and enhance the senior candidate experience. Her vast exposure to L&D, HR and executive search has proved to be a unique combination for delivering successful, complex and often challenging assignments.

Alex Keay, MBA

We are excited to welcome Alex Keay as our new Board Advisor at Roebuck Global Resourcing. With his experience in international sales within the learning and development, IT, and SaaS sectors, Alex brings valuable insights to our growth plans. As a former client and candidate, Alex has first-hand experience of the level of support RGR offers, and we are delighted to have him on board.
As the Head of Global Partner Channel at Insights, Alex will provide strategic guidance on our value proposition, industry challenges, and international growth. We look forward to working closely with him and leveraging his expertise to drive our business forward.

As a longstanding member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a Fellow of the Institute of Employability Professionals, Teresa offers strategic guidance to Boards and the IEP on future growth and development opportunities. In 2016 Teresa was bestowed a Fellow of the IEP, and awarded Business Woman of the Year at the Network SHE awards.
Teresa was also recognised for her lifelong commitment to industry and awarded an OBE for Employability and Entrepreneurship in the Queen's New Year's Honours list in 2018.
Carol Grieve, ACC
Research and Executive Assistant
Carol joined Roebuck Global after re-locating to a Greek Island. She is the lynch-pin of our operation, supporting our senior management team and associate clan with a high level of administration, governance and communication. Carol has over 15 years in management, trained in quality and project management.
Carol's customer-centric approach, leadership experience and international coaching qualification come together to ensure she embodies our core values and mission.

Dr. Lyne Desormeaux
Associate Leadership and Executive Coach
Dr. Lyne Desormeaux is a Coach, Consultant and a Master Professional Coach (MCC) from ICF. Lyne has successfully consulted with and coached Fortune 100 and 500 leaders in industries such as advertising, healthcare, technology, insurance, manufacturing, financial services and government. Lyne is known for her courage, focus, and ability to help leaders understand both underlying issues and key strengths in order to create significant behavioural change. She has designed leadership programs, facilitated change management initiatives and has coached at all levels of organisations.
Lyne has worked with executives from companies such as Academy Securities, Aetna, Cisco, First County Bank, ING, Liberty Mutual, Lincoln Financial, Microsoft, SIAC, UBS and Webster Bank. Her Fortune 500 experience has included industries such as advertising, healthcare, technology, insurance, financial services, manufacturing and government.
Lyne obtained her Doctorate Degree in Clinical Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco. She also has a Masters Degree from Harvard University and a Bachelors Degree from the University of Ottawa.

Emma is studying HR and Digital Marketing, which is a perfect blend of our HCM offering at Roebuck Global Resourcing. Emma is spending time with with us to gain experience in honing her digital marketing skills, allowing her to apply her knowledge gained from university into practice in a commercial environment. We are thrilled that Peter has joined the Roebuck Global Resourcing clan!
As an experienced Senior Manager and Qualified Coach, Peter is a welcomed addition to our Associate network and we are excited to have him on board.
Peter has facilitated and delivered training in the UK, Europe and the Middle East. In addition, Peter coaches neurodiverse individuals and his clients include Bank of Scotland, Lloyds and the NHS.
Peter is an Executive Fellow at the University of Aberdeen, Business School, where he works with under-graduates and graduates at both the University’s Aberdeen and Qatar campuses. Peter is the only UK training provider who has a sales programme recognised by a UK University.

Ravi has extensive market knowledge in IT development, MS dynamics, cloud and network recruitment. His expertise enables RGR to manage our growing technical demand within learning technologies, HCM software and fintech.
Having commenced his career in property rental and sales, Ravi quickly established himself as a key team player and subsequently moved into first line management. His attention to detail, customer-centric approach, together with effective sales and negotiating skills, has provided a great platform to hone the key skills of a passionate recruiter.
Prior to joining Roebuck Global Resourcing, Ravi worked as a technical/IT recruiter where he conducted executive level searches across a variety of industries.
