The Challenge

After Jill introduced our Senior HR Consultant, who later become the Executive HR Director, Jill successfully placed Insights' General Manager UK, and the challenge of dealing with rapid expansion whilst having to achieve stretching financial targets began.” Delivering on challenging financial targets is never easy but having to build a team and scale-up at the same time is a somewhat daunting task when the hiring manager is also new to the organisation.
